An MR (Medical Representative) is a key person that connects Astellas with medical professionals such as doctors and nurses, etc.. Pharmaceutical products should be delivered together with proper information regarding both their use and safety. As a pharmaceutical company, we have a responsibility to provide medical information that not only lists its merits, but also its risks. We must also collect feedback about our products from medical professionals in order for our teams to evaluate them. We are then responsible for informing the medical professionals of the results of such feedback. For these activities, MRs play a key role in connecting Astellas with doctors and other medical professionals.

Suitable Person : Good communicator, Self motivated person
Entry Level Training : Product information, Basic product-related medical information , suitable business conduct training.
Continual other training : Monthly training, incentive training etc.
